2010: Stand Up and Take Action
Millions of people across the world took part in Stand Up and Take Action on 17-19 September 2010. The global campaign demands a breakthrough action plan at the Millennium Development Goals Review Summit in New York from 20-22 September.
Stand Up 2010 has delivered a clear message to world leaders: keep your promises on the Millennium Development Goals. People joined rallies, signed petitions, attended public meetings and participated in a range of special events.

UK Action
On 17 September 2010, Bond, Channel 4 and Jubilee Debt Campaign launched a MDG film screening series at the Frontline Club, London.
The next day, UK campaigners gathered outside the House of Commons and recorded a video message that will be played in New York during the MDGs Summit.
On 19 September, churches across the UK organised special poverty-themed services.
