BOND supports its members to work more effectively. We want to ensure that UK NGOs working in international development are effective and accountable, and that donors and the public continue to support and invest in our members' work.
This means working on the legislative, political and financial environment that NGOs operate in and advocating on their behalf.
BOND is committed to supporting and strengthening the UK development sector, ensuring our members are able to communicate with each other, work on shared concerns and have access to decision-makers and those with influence.
We bring our members together to share and learn from each other but also to co-ordinate common lobbying positions on issues relating to an effective operating environment. These include:

the quantity and quality of the funding available to international development NGOs
