Groups: working together for change

Quality Group

The Quality Group was established to take forward the work begun with the Bond-commissioned report, A Bond Approach to Quality Standards: putting beneficiaries first.

The research emphasised that, for appropriate and sustainable fieldwork, relationships with beneficiaries have to come first, ahead of other priorities.

The group helps NGOs put this conclusion into practice and also to apply wider approaches to managing quality. We do not aim to develop any single 'one size fits all' solution. We collaborate with related initiatives and take an open, mutually supportive approach to our work: piloting practical ways of managing quality.

The group now uses a wiki for the majority of its communications and information sharing: Bond Quality Group Wiki.

If you are a member of Bond you can register to join the Quality Group.
