The Corporate Responsibility Coalition (CORE)

CORE works to make changes in UK company law to minimise companies' negative impacts on people and the environment, in addition to maximising companies' contribution to sustainable societies. There is still a governance gap in terms of ensuring that UK companies are held to account if they cause harm abroad and CORE is exploring the best way to fill this gaps. The main themes of the coalition's work include: the need for greater corporate accountability of key decision makers in companies, the importance of openness and transparency, and better access to justice for victims of corporate abuse.

The British and Irish Agencies Afghanistan Group (BAAG) was set up by British NGOs as an umbrella group to draw public attention to the humanitarian needs of the population of Afghanistan and of Afghan refugees in Iran and Pakistan. Over the years, the BAAG Project has built on its expertise and knowledge, however its central focus has remained to facilitate information sharing, discussion over policy and practice, and raise the profile of Afghanistan with policymakers, donors, and the public.

China-UK Sustainable Agriculture Innovation Network (SAIN)

Guatemala Solidarity Network

Guatemala Solidarity Network (GSN) supports the people of Guatemala who continue to struggle for change after centuries of oppression, violence, racism and exploitation. It is a network of individuals based in the UK who work in a voluntary capacity in solidarity with Guatemalan organisations and communities striving for human rights, social and economic justice and the empowerment and participation of indigenous peoples and all marginalised groups.

Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign

The Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign works to address economic disadvantage in Nicaragua by channelling support to partner organisations and communities and building solidarity with them. Another major part of its work is educational: to disseminate information and raise awareness in the UK of social and economic issues affecting Nicaragua.
