How to book

You can book courses from our open programme through our secure online booking system.  You can book using a credit or debit card, or pay on invoice through BACS or by cheque.

Just go to the page with the details of the course you want to book and click on the book now button.

Terms and conditions

Online bookings

1. We will confirm your place within 7 days of receiving your booking.
2. If you have paid by credit or debit card, you will receive an acknowledgement.
3. If you have not yet paid, we will send you an invoice.  Please send a cheque made payable to Bond.  We also accept payment through BACS transfer.
4. We will send you joining instructions with directions and a timetable 2 weeks before the course.

Bookings from outside the EC:

If you live outside the EC and want to attend one of our training courses in London you will need to demonstrate that you already have the right to work or live in the EC or be sponsored by a Bond member organisation. You will need to submit supporting evidence with your booking to demonstrate this and pay the full training course fee before the booking can be confirmed. 

If we have to cancel a course:

Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a course if we have fewer than 8 bookings. We always give you at least 2 weeks notice. If this happens we will refund your course fee or transfer your booking to another date, whichever suits you best. We are sorry we will not be able to refund travel or accommodation expenses.

If you have to cancel your place:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel your place. If someone else from your organisation can take your place, no fee will apply. If this is not possible you can either cancel your booking or transfer it to another course. Please note all cancellations and transfer requests must be made by email.
