Anona logoJane Esuantsiwa Goldsmith is an independent consultant, facilitator, trainer and strategic planner. She has over 16 years experience working with over 100 organisations, in four different continents, in the not-for-profit sector. Jane has expertise in international development, as well as diversity, gender, equality and race, at community, national and international levels. She has chaired and facilitated meetings around the world, including the biennial Oxfam Assembly from 1992-98. One of her specialties is working with large multi-stakeholder groups, bringing together decision makers, the corporate sector and not-for-profit sector to develop shared strategies which make a positive difference to people's lives.

Through energising, dynamic facilitation, diversity perspective and strategic planning, Jane strives to enable women, men and organisations to reach their full potential, and increase their impact.

Jane combines humour with specially designed techniques and frameworks, to create a unique workshop experience, offering tools and approaches which can help to transform organisations.
