I have moved into consultancy after some 20 years of working at senior level with Skillshare International, and previous experience as an internal consultant in the private sector.

My main areas of expertise are:

• Governance -
  • Working with, and building, diverse Boards, as a senior manager, an adviser, a Trustee and as Chair;
  • Institutional structures, including establishment of new organisations, restructuring, mergers and demergers.
• General management: in particular developing leadership capability;
• Financial management;
• Human Resources and Industrial Relations ;
• Building and developing networks.
