Profile

Findings has worked with NGOs, academics, policy makers and practitioners on a wide variety of sectors. We can add value to those organisations seeking to move on to their next phase of growth but unable to commit to employing someone until that next stage is secured.

Findings specialises in larger institutional donor applications and has had specific success with the EU, having obtained 8 million Euros over a 4 year period for a number of UK based NGOs. Findings also believes in mentoring staff to obtain these skills so that expertise is left within an organisation.

With a specific interest in sub-Saharan Africa, advocacy work and for those sections of society deemed marginalised or projects of a less tangible nature and hard to quantify, Findings has worked with a number of organisations specialising in these areas.

Findings also has a subsidiary company that organises events for development oriented organisations of all kinds - DEVents (www.devents.org.uk). DEVents can organise large scale conferences, smaller policy focussed events with parliamentarians, seminars, workshops and fundraising events. Findings and DEVents work flexibly with no contract being too small. Whether you are after advice, venue sourcing, event management, proposal ‘read throughs', mentoring or require an entire proposal to be written, we are happy to work with your strengths.
