The two-day EU Corridors of Power course, currently facilitated by Costanza de Toma, explains how the European Union works and how decisions are made. It highlights where NGOs can have the greatest influence in the process, and how your organisation can use the EU to get across its message on behalf of your partners and beneficiaries.

The course is an excellent introduction to the EU and is suitable for advocacy and policy officers as well as for managers looking to expand their knowledge about the EU.

Bond EU Study Visit
Bond's EU Study visit is a two day course which sees participants travelling to Brussels to meet representatives of EU institutions such as DG Devlopment, DG Trade, DG Relex (external relations) and gives participants an opportunity to meet with the CONCORD Secretariat and meet Brussels based lobbyists and policy officers.
The EU Study visit is an excellent complement to the EU Corridors of Power course for those wanting to widen their knowledge of EU matters and learn how they can influence the EU in their day to day work.
The most recent EU Study Visit took place on 3-4 March 2010.

European Influencing Learning group
The purpose of the EU Influencing Learning Group is to

- Learn from each other through presentations of past campaigns and forward-looking campaigning plans;
- Learn from each other through informal as well as facilitated discussions and workshops;
- Learn from advocacy work carried out by others than UK development NGOs/networks;
- Learn from external speakers and participants who are experts within areas affecting lobby and campaigning work targeting the EU.
