How to Influence the European Union

Bond has produced a guide to influencing the EU on development issues, fully revised in July 2011.

The guide describes how EU development cooperation works, including the legal basis for the EU's development cooperation work. The guide also contains straightforward explanations of how the four main EU institutions (Council of the European Union, European Council, European Commission, European Parliament) work and tips and examples of how to influence each of these institutions.
