An independent consultant, trainer and writer/editor, I have fifteen years' experience in international development developing and implementing effective advocacy strategies and campaigns in the UK, the EU and internationally. I also have extensive experience of political analysis and mapping, advocacy assessments, monitoring and evaluation.
Through having lived and worked in Brussels for over four years, I developed excellent knowledge of European Union institutions and have first hand experience of successfully influencing the EU. A registered Bond trainer, I have been running Bond’s EU Corridors of Power course since 2009.
I can work with organisations to build their staff's knowledge of the EU as well as helping them devise tailored advocacy strategies and campaigns to influence policy making in Brussels and beyond. I can also help organisations by facilitating organisational strengthening processes and interim management.
A strong trainer and facilitator (able to work in English, Spanish, Italian and French), I also have experience of coaching (long distance) and developing clear learning materials as well as a number of advocacy toolkits. I have a record of successful fundraising and proposal writing (particularly at EU level) as well as project development, management and implementation.
