Christian Aid to ChildHope UK.

The BOND Effectiveness Programme will address one of the most complex and strategically important challenges facing the sector. As a member of BOND's winning team at this time of growth and renewal, you'll lead this 3 year programme to make a decisive contribution to how UK INGOs manage and report the quality and effectiveness of their work.

You will achieve this by working with senior managers and sector leaders to:
• Develop a shared, progressive agenda
• Develop key, jointly-owned public goods
• Create a strong momentum for change
• Pilot new approaches with early-adopting INGOs, evaluating in real-time their
  experience
• Contribute to wider international initiatives on CSO Effectiveness

You'll already be highly regarded and experienced at senior levels in the sector with a solid understanding of "quality and effectiveness" debates and experience of working with networks or alliances. You are credible and practical - a completer-finisher who will deliver with confidence and an excellent conceptual and analytical thinker able in programme design and planning. You will be a great communicator with your own ideas and committed to inspiring and enabling participation.
