Board and governance
The Board is made up of people who can think strategically and can act as an important communications channel between Bond and the member agencies they represent.
The Bond network is governed by representatives from the membership. At the annual general meeting members elect 12 individuals from member organisations to its Board.
Trustees serve a 3-year term, and can be re-elected for a maximum of 2 terms. The Board sets the strategy for Bond and the implementation is delegated to the staff team.
