Bilateral Aid Operational Plans

In March 2011 DFID published its Bilateral Aid Review which significantly changed Britain’s bilateral aid footprint. Britain now directly gives aid to 27 countries, down from 43 prior to the BAR. Each of the countries still receiving bilateral aid will now be subject to a new Operational Plan.

On May 31 the process of publishing the Operational Plans was completed and you can read more about it on the DFID website, which also contains a full list of all of the plans.
