Beyond 2015 UK Group
Bond has been one of leading organisations advancing civil society engagement around what should come after the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) 2015 deadline. Together with some members, Bond launched Beyond 2015, an international campaign to kick-start and accelerate the post-2015 planning process, which now brings together organisations from over 60 countries around the world.
The Beyond 2015 UK Group provides a platform for Bond members active in this agenda to work together to ensure the UK plays a leading role in securing a legitimate, overarching and cross-thematic framework for development after 2015.
The group is a cross-sector forum for sharing information, planning and coordinating action to influence the UK Government to ensure the process towards a new global framework for development is participatory, inclusive and responsive to voices of those directly affected by poverty and injustice.
Membership is open to any Bond member organisation engaging in post-2015 discussions in the UK and interested in influencing the UK’s position around this agenda.
