Stand Up and Take Action for the Millennium Development Goals

GCAP and the UN Millennium Campaign have agreed to move the 2010 Stand Up and Take Action mobilisation to 17-19 September, the weekend before the major UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) Review Summit which is taking place in New York on 20-22 September.

International Day for the Eradication of Poverty (17 October) will remain an endorsed day of action on global poverty.

Bond is currently seeking policy input from members on a collective position paper to be used to influence the UK government.
