Aid update: draft bill on aid volumes published

Douglas Alexander, Secretary of State for International Development, has published a draft bill for enshrining in law the target of 0.7% of GNI as aid, as previously mentioned in the Queen's speech in November 2009. Due to the bill's draft status, there is no parliamentary time for the measure before the General Election.
