Bond reaction to Irish vote on Lisbon Treaty

The Irish have voted 'Yes' to the Lisbon Treaty. If the Treaty eventually comes into force, the European Union's development co-operation work would change significantly. It would impact the institutional structures of EU development co-operation, how the EU relates to non-EU countries, and how the EU co-ordinates all policies affecting poverty eradication to ensure that such policies are coherent.
