New Chief Executive

Bond is delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Jackson as its new Chief Executive. He will take up the post on 27 February 2012.

Ben joins Bond after two years as UK Director at Crisis Action, an international organisation dedicated to helping prevent conflicts and human rights abuses. During his 20 years experience in the public and private sectors, and in Whitehall and Westminster, he has held senior positions in communications, policy and campaigning including at Shelter, Action for Southern Africa and World Development Movement.

Ben Jackson said:

"I am thrilled and honoured to be taking up this role. I look forward to working closely with Bond members to remake the public case for development in these uncertain times, shape international public policy to empower poor people, and further demonstrate our effectiveness in changing lives on the ground."
