Peer Learning Programme

Peer learning is a process for support and learning in peer groups. It can help to build (cross-organisational) collaboration, communication and solidarity among members.

Peer Learning is a very similar process to Action Learning but rather more compact. The overall aims of the group are learning, sharing of experience and mutual support. The groups work best when they involve peers, as participants are more able to associate with each other’s situations and challenges.

BOND originally started this programme for smaller NGOs but we are now opening it up to larger ones, although we are still offering the programme to smaller NGOs at the original low cost.

Based on the success of the Peer Learning Group for Programme Officers of Small NGOs, we are now putting together new Peer Learning Group for Programme Managers and/or Officers of medium and large size organisations.
