Raising and managing money for
international development from several
different sources involves a strategic
approach to project budgeting. This course builds on Introduction to project budgeting and will benefit you whether you work in fundraising or project proposals, or on multiple projects with partners.

You will look at all the options for funding
your core costs and importantly, you will
have the chance to write a strategic financial action plan that sets priorities, recovers costs and controls expenditure.
