Course information
One of the most crucial skills for any NGO, regardless of size, is how to accurately manage budgets. Improved strategic planning, accurate financial reporting and positive programme outcomes, are just some of the areas that will result from enhanced budgeting systems. This workshop sets the foundations upon which to build sound financial management within an organisation or project. It will develop your confidence and skills in analysing financial information and using the budgeting process to increase project success.
