Course information
This workshop provides an introduction to logical framework analysis for project planning and monitoring processes. It will provide you with the knowledge and skill you need to begin using the logical framework approach in practice.
Learning outcomes
• Identify the key elements of a project, and understand how different elements inter-relate and their hierarchy of importance
• Recognise key stages where participatory work with project stakeholders is essential to project planning
• Learn how to use stakeholder analysis and problem/needs analysis to set project objectives
• Identify the causes and effects of a particular issue and possible solutions to address these
• Chose a project strategy that takes account of stakeholder capacity and resources in setting objectives
• Draw up a sample logical framework based upon your own practical case studies.
