Chief Executive
LEPRA plays a crucial role in the global fight against diseases of poverty. Our vision is a world in which the poorest and most marginalised people have equitable access to health and an improved quality of life. LEPRA Health in Action’s work covers an estimated 300 million people in some of the world’s poorest countries.
LEPRA is now seeking to find an exceptional individual to take on the leadership of this exciting organisation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a growing and highly regarded organisation, and to increase the impact and reach of LEPRA’s work on the lives of the poor.
You will need to demonstrate outstanding strategic leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and a track record of managing complex operations. Ideally you will have a sound understanding of
public health programmes and have had significant field experience within the development sector. Good communication skills will be essential.
