BOND Consultants' Directory
About the Directory
The BOND Consultants' Directory provides members with free access to a wide range of consultants with experience relevant to the international development sector. Members who are looking for trainers, facilitators, consultants, mentors or coaches will be able to gain access to a wide pool of consultants with expertise in the diverse areas that NGOs work in.
BOND is the broadest network of international development organisations in the UK, and its Consultants' Directory provides a unique and cost-effective opportunity for consultants to reach a large number of potential clients in this sector.
BOND will not undertake quality assurance checks at this stage, but will ask consultants to provide two references, which it will advise members to follow up. Consultants must be sure to obtain the permission of their referees prior to application.
Criteria
Acceptance will be based on the following criteria:
- At least 5 years experience in international development work.
- Or at least 5 years experience in the Voluntary Sector in a relevant discipline.
- Must be able to provide two checkable references from BOND Members or other reputable organisations.

- Link to a website and/or CV attached
- Four free quarter-page adverts in the Advertisements & Jobs Bulletin per year
- A copy of the fortnightly Advertisements & Jobs Bulletin
- A copy of the bi-monthly The Networker magazine
Cost: £300 per annum
How to apply
If you are a consultant and would like to feature in the Directory, please download and complete an application form.
References
BOND will contact referees and ask them to vouch for the work of the consultant. If they have any concerns about the abilities of the consultant, their entry from the Directory will be removed. No refund will be given in this instance.
Referees' details will not appear on the Directory website and the onus will be on the consultant to provide reference details for prospective clients, if requested.
