BOND Learning & Training Needs Assessment 2008
During July the Learning & Training team will be asking YOU what learning and training activities you need so that we can reflect this in our programme from January 2009 onwards.
We have put together a short survey (which will be circulated in July) and will be inviting you to participate in discussion groups and interviews with BOND staff about your arising needs and what the programme can do to meet and exceed your needs.
What can you expect from us? We hope to identify new ways to:
- Increase our offer in learning and training events
- Improve content of events to satisfy your learning requirements
- Find out what you value and what is less important to you about BOND learning and training events
- Improve our communication about what event is running, when and how to access this information in a timely way, for you to plan learning for your staff
- Create new learning opportunities with your input, and ways for you to share and expand on your knowledge and skills to work more effectively in the sector

BOND learning and training programme
We run high quality, professional international development learning events for people working in international development. The programme consists of one and two day workshops and alternative learning practices such as action learning sets and peer learning groups.
It is a great way to build your skills, meet other BOND members and share knowledge and experience.
